مرحبًا بكم في إبصار، المبادرة الموريتانية العربية الرائدة في مجال تحويل النصوص إلى صور. تهدف هذه الوثيقة إلى توضيح شروط استخدام نماذج إبصار ("النماذج"). باستخدامكم للنماذج، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنتم لا توافقون على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يرجى الامتناع عن استخدام النماذج.

Welcome to Ibsar, the leading Arab Mauritanian initiative in the field of text-to-image conversion. This document aims to clarify the terms of use for Ibsar models ("the Models"). By using the Models, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Models.

• "إبصار" أو "نحن" تشير إلى المبادرة أو الفريق المسؤول عن تطوير وإدارة نماذج إبصار.
• "المستخدم" أو "أنتم" يشير إلى أي شخص يستخدم نماذج إبصار.
• "النماذج" تعني نماذج تحويل النصوص إلى صور المقدمة من إبصار، بما في ذلك جميع الميزات والوظائف المرتبطة بها.

• "Ibsar" or "we" refers to the initiative or team responsible for developing and managing Ibsar models.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person using Ibsar models.
• "Models" means the text-to-image conversion models provided by Ibsar, including all associated features and functions.

إبصار هي مبادرة غير ربحية تهدف إلى دعم وتطوير مجتمع المصممين والمبدعين في العالم العربي. نحن نقدم نماذجنا مجانًا كمساهمة في تعزيز الإبداع والابتكار في المنطقة.

Ibsar is a non-profit initiative aimed at supporting and developing the community of designers and creators in the Arab world. We offer our models for free as a contribution to promoting creativity and innovation in the region.

4. وصف النماذج

إبصار توفر نماذج متطورة لتحويل النصوص إلى صور، مصممة خصيصًا لتلبية احتياجات المستخدمين العرب. تتميز النماذج بما يلي:

Ibsar provides advanced models for converting text to images, specifically designed to meet the needs of Arab users. The models are characterized by the following:

1. إنشاء صور عالية الجودة بناءً على وصف نصي.
2. توفير مجموعة متنوعة من الأنماط، بما في ذلك الواقعي، التصميمي، ثلاثي الأبعاد، والأنمي.
3. قدرات متقدمة في محاذاة النصوص مع الصور وإدراج التفاصيل الدقيقة.
4. واجهة سهلة الاستخدام مصممة للمستخدمين العرب.

1. Creating high-quality images based on textual descriptions.
2. Providing a variety of styles, including realistic, design, 3D, and anime.
3. Advanced capabilities in aligning texts with images and incorporating fine details.
4. User-friendly interface designed for Arab users.

5. شروط الاستخدام

يجب أن يكون عمركم 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام النماذج. إذا كنتم تحت سن 18 عامًا، يجب أن يكون لديكم موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Models. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

تحتفظ إبصار بجميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالنماذج.

Ibsar retains all intellectual property rights related to the Models.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو إيقاف النماذج، مؤقتًا أو دائمًا، في أي وقت.
